Kairós Motores was born in 2007, in the heart of Brazil, as a result of the dream of two brothers from Maranhão who were determined to transform their simple roots into a legacy of excellence. The children of Mr. Batista and Mrs. Lisaura, they were raised in an environment of solid values, ethics, respect, simplicity and love of work, which today underpin the company's culture.
We started in 2008, in Benevides (PA), and soon migrated to Barcarena, where our own logistics and proximity to customers encouraged us to grow. In 2012, with the inauguration of our own headquarters, we took on the name that defines us to this day: Kairós Engines. A biblical term meaning "God's time". The new name brought with it a new positioning, in line with the company's philosophy of acting with purpose, quality and responsibility at the right time.
Over the years, Kairós has expanded its operations in a consistent and structured way. In 2012, it began providing services in Parauapebas (PA), where it opened a new headquarters in 2016. Kairós Motores also has its own structure in the city of São Luís, in the state of Maranhão.
The company's visionary spirit has taken Kairós Motores beyond Brazil's borders. In 2020, it established a unit in the Aveiro Industrial District in Portugal, a strategic location close to the city of Porto, which allows it to serve both the Portuguese and Spanish markets. This move represented an important milestone: the internationalization of the brand and the start of a new phase of global growth.
Following this same drive to expand and connect with relevant industrial markets, Kairós Motores opened in 2024your unit in São José dos Campos (SP). Located in one of Brazil's largest technological and industrial hubs, the new center strengthens the company's presence in the Southeast and expands its capacity to serve with agility, proximity and technical excellence.
Today, we are a Brazilian company with an international presence, recognized for our robust structure, highly trained team and genuine commitment to people. For us, engines are the means, but what really drives Kairós are stories, connections and purpose.
